Volta Voloshin-Smith is an acclaimed watercolor artist and author whose work is steeped in nostalgia and quiet beauty found in nature and all around us. Growing up in post-Soviet Union Moldova, she spent summers in her grandmothers’ gardens, learning patience and the joy of picking fresh fruits and veggies. These tender memories shape her whimsical paintings and heartfelt illustrations.
